Hidden folders

Some of my folder become hidden in my computer.only i can see the folder by typing it in address bar like this c:\software\important.. But i know few important folders.. I went in safe mode to access in tat also folders are hidden.. How to solve this problem..

Go to tools then folder options then check the view hidden files and folders.

In your window explorer go to Tools-folder option-view tab and set 'show hidden files and folders'. But if you can't set that or the tab is missing then I think you are infected. I have encounter one virus(I forgot the name) that hide this setting. So do a system scan.
