I want to study culinary arts

I want to study culibary arts because I want to cook and its really my passion, but I don't have the time because of my work and the money to pay for the study fee. That's why I am just relying on cooking shows just to follow my first love, cooking.

That's a good start. buying cookbooks will also help you with your skills. I graduated from BS Hotel and Restaurant Management and we had a lot of catering subjects. You can also learn the cooking terms from books. It's really easy. Cooking is also my husband's passion but he has learned a lot from just observing. He cooks better than I do. LOL! Start looking for recipes that are easy to follow. Practice, practice, practice. You can also alter the recipe, do not be afraid. If it does not taste so good, see where you went wrong. Goodluck. I'm sure you will have lots of fun.
