a friend sent me this mail today, I am touched by this lines. ..I think this is a good read most especially to people who are depressed and lonely.What do you think my friends.

yeah i agree Lyn specially the line "Forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.that words reminds me when i met hubby.

thank you Lyn,yeah they said if there is rain there is sunshine hehehe.so now i have sunshine but not fully hahaha just kidding.

Hii lines like these are always motivating specially when they come from a close friend whom you know is a well-wisher.
I do qute lines like these to my friends and they too say that it boosts there morale. I think its a good practice and we should resort to it when lonely
