Do you want to go on a talk show?

Months ago my mom got a call claiming they wanted me to go on a talk show. Mom called me and said that she got a call from someone on the Dr. Phil show asking me to be a guest. I thought maybe it was someone pulling her leg so I dialed the number. I was greated with Paramount Pictures how can I help you. I stuttered a bit and was like I got a call from this number asking me to call back, something to do with the Dr. Phil show. I gave her the name of the guy who called and she patched me through. The guy answered and I gave him my name and told him he called for me to be on the show. He was like yes Meggan we would love for you to come on our show. I said um ok but what is the show about. He said it is about Parents who want to get joint custody of their kids. I said excuse me, you want me to come on your show so my dirt bag ex husband can have joint custody? He said if that wasn't an option for me that I could go on the show and they would help me get child support. I was a bit rude and said, "Do you really think you can get blood out of a turnip??" He stuttered a bit and was like um I don't know. I told him that there was no way I would go on his show and that they couldn't even as much as mention my daughter on their show. He told me if I ever changed my mind to call back. I used to like the Dr. Phil show till then!!! Has anyone been a guest on a talk show, been called to be on one and turned it down, or tried to get on one?
