I think there is already one oil or gas supplied in Palawan area. But then again, we do not earn all of it since what is handling the operation is a foreign company since we do not have the technology and equipment to do the whole operation. But at least there is already a supply. The Palawan government is now getting it share. I think the national government also has a share. But then again, I think we have a lot of resources, the only problem is there are a lot of corrupt people in the Philippines.
