How often you say NO?How to say NO?

Do you feel that it is hard to say No especially to someone that is close to your such as close friend?Althoug we should help each other but there still will have sometimes that you are busy and you can't offer your help.At that moment,how are you going to reject your friend?beside giving help,you might also will come to a time that you need to reject some invitation of your friends.How often do you reject others?How you reject?As for me,sometime i might just accept even though i don feel like doing becuase of the difficulty to reject and say "NO".

i rarely say no to my friends and family. i always do my best whatever my friends ask of me. however, when i really can't do anything i'll tell them straight. i won't try to come up with fancy reasons or excuses. i'll just let them know that the matter is beyond my ability. if i'm too tired to attend a function, i'd say so and my friends will understand. good friends will not force me to do anything i don't want to. friends who will force me will be stricken off my friends' list.
