Fry ups also known as a full english, usually consist of toast, bacon, egg and sausage and a few added extras. So what I want to know is since it is called a fry up, do you still fry it all?
Personally I do not, I fry my egg and grill both my sausages and bacons and then toast my bread to make it toast lol.
I think that frying is unhealthy and grilling is a lot more healthy and tastes better anyhow. I would grill and egg but that is kind of impossible since it would fall through the grill :p

I am not a great fan of the taste, I hate things that taste of oil. Even when I grill stuff, there is still some of the fat on it, so I squeeze / dab it with some kitchen roll to get it off.

I think somebody should invent an egg grill :) Although i fry meat, but I don't put oil or anything in my frying pan i cook sausages dry, and the bacon cooks in its own fat, then I do put the bacon in my George foreman grill for a minute, just to make it crispy and to let the fat drip off! And yes toast in the toaster!

I like cooking things in the George Foreman, but I only ever do so if it is out on the bench as it is usually at the back of the cupboard and too much fuss to get out. It cooks things quicker and healthily so I like it =D

My husband cooks it all in the frying pan but I do the same as you and just grill everything and only do the eggs in the frying pan unless i'm having scrambled egg that day which again is then healthier than frying! : )

i am like you, i always grill the bacon and sausages.. as i also think its healthy or i may do the sausages in the oven because i think done in oven they are much nicer, rather then being unevenly cooked.. And id poach my eggs not fry :p or do scrambled egg, and definitely toast as i not too keep on fried bread, just too greasy
now i feel like a fry up haha. or should i say a grill up lol

I have never been a fan of scrambled egg and I have never poached an egg, the closest I get is a boiled egg, which is quite nice, but I was in a bit of a "not with it" mood this morning, which would mean me not timing the egg quite right.
