Well, being that I have a four year old, I do not really have the luxury of waking up at any time. However, I would like to get up somewhere between 10:00am and 11:00 am in a perfect world. A while back I could get away with getting up pretty late but things have changed in the past few years.

My ideal time to wake up is around 5am. I like to get up that early because no one else is up and I can get things done that I need to do. I have kids in the house and they need my attention. If I get up early I can clean house, work out, work on the computer or just generally get ready for the day. I can no longer imagine sleeping in until noon, there is just too much to do. I value the feeling of production way more than sleep.

I do not have an ideal time to wake up as what I do each day changes. When I am at college, I like to wake up 2 hours before I have to be there, but the time changes daily. If I have lots of stuff to do in a day then I would prefer to get up early and get it done earlier. However if I am having a late dinner like today then I would prefer to get up later and have a later breakfast, so I am not starving by the time it gets to dinner time as I rarely snack.

I usually wake up at about 7:30am. I have children that sometimes wake me up before that.
