I Have Over A Hundred Responses In A Discussion - Dreamt Of Now Real!

I've had a couple of discussions which have made the digest and attracted lots of responses. To be honest, I wish they hadn't attracted quite so many actually, as I find responding to that many people rather hard work but feel obliged to make the effort.

Heartiest congratulation on achieving a near century mark (hopefully you will reach your maiden century soon). It really feels great to read more than 100 responses. I also do not get this much of responses. As far as I can recall, it happened twice or thrice during my stint here that I got more than 100 responses to my discussions. hi ellie congratulations I think the most I have right now'is about 78 or 79, which is stillpretty good, seeing i have one without one response. I do try to respond to all your discusssions as they are always so interesting. I am glad'you hit 100-,thats reallygreat.

If I get time, I will check, but I do hope they are more than just a couple of pages. I guess it depends on the number of friends you have and how interesting your topics are. Mine are not that great, unless you count that hamburger one.

I have been here for almost two years now. I am not sure what the highest amount of responses that I have ever got here. I do not start many discussions. I know some of them have over 100 respoinses to them though. I did not get them all in one day. I got them over time. I have not went back to check if I got that many in one day. I am a little bit behind on responding to my own discussions and my friends new ones. I am trying to gert caught up on them now.

Not been 100 yet! LOL! I am also amazed for some who always have 100 plus responses and one time I bumped with a topic which has 4oo plus responses! AMazing! Anyway, I got a lot of friends and unfortunately they are not as active as me..Maybe they have also valid reasons for that... But, I will continue to try to think with an interesting topic here for me to try having those amazing numbers,LOL! I hope I will be able! Anyway, continue posting since I am one of those who enjoy to read all your post!

Woo Hoo! Good for you. I can't remember what my highest was but I think it was 104. I am not sure. Came home from work one day after I started the discussion and had six pages alone....and then they just kept coming! It's so much fun!

Hello ellie333. You have got it going on, girl! To get 100 plus responses to a discussion you initiated on myLot is amazing! And so is 86 responses, for that matter. Quite frankly, if you are getting an average of 20 to 40 responses, I think that is also impressive. Well, here's my "big number", 31. Geesh, and you're really not gonna believe this, but the next highest response number is 13, I think. All the rest of my discussions have less than 10 postings apiece. I cannot hit on a discussion that people care to comment on, I guess. I haven't figured out the "secret" to finding subjects people will choose to comment on. But hey, I am very, very impressed with your numbers, ellie333. You go! I bow to thee o myLot Queen!

My debt free discussion got 114 responses, so far, more may trickle in. 90 responses on my sleep aid question. 106 on asking if you get a soft drink with your fast food order. 105 on my land line question. 82 on hot tea or iced tea. 131 on if you could live without tv for one month. I'd like to thank you ellie for responding to mine.

Wow, good for you. I haven't started that many discussions myself. (I reserve that for other sites where I've been a member for longer and, therefore, get read lots more.) The most responses I've had so far was 57. After that 22 and 18 were my next highest. :-)

Congrats on having such a popular discussion! Personally, I think my best so far has been around 8 responses... not too horrible for someone still new to myLot, but I've got to work on it a bit more.

Congratulations on having a discussion with over 100 responses back to it. Is that not a Great feeling indeed? I know I have a few with high response back to them, and even if it takes a while to go thru them, and respond back to some of them, I also learn a lot about others as well.

I haven't a clue how people do this, I'm not too good coming up with discussions that attract a lot of people; I think the 20 you have on an average is the highest I ever got... tips are welcome! . Congrats!

Yaay well done sweetheart! I did get more than a hundred responses once, on a discussion about checking receipts when you go grocery shopping and mistakes being made! Great fun answering all those that respond isn't it? lol xxx
