Release denied for dying Charles Manson follower.

California's parole board has denied Susan Atkins' request for compasionate release from prison. Atkins is the women who stabbed Sharon Tate to death almost 40 years ago. She is now dying of brain cancer. I have compasion for anyone who has cancer but just because your dying doesnt mean you cant get out of prison for murder! Why would someone even think that they should be able to be released just because they were dying? What are your views on this? Do you think she should be released?

Of course she should NEVER be released. She is asking for a compassionate release from prison - please! - she never had compassion for Sharon Tate and her unborn baby!
I am so glad that she is not getting released. It goes back to the old saying "What goes around comes around.". If you are a bad person and do bad things than life has a way of coming back at you ten fold.
I don't even know why they waste time with the whole Manson family at the parole hearings. No one in their right mind would ever let any of those nut-jobs out!

No she should not be released and she does not deserve any breaks because she is now sick. Did she give Sharon Tate a break? That woman begged for her life and the life of her unborn baby, she was 8 1/2 months pregnant and was brutally stabbed which killed her and her unborn child. Now this woman wants a "compassionate release" where was the compassion when Sharon Tate was being stabbed along with three other people that were also killed by Charles Manson, Susan Atkins and the other cult followers. She deserves nothing.

No...she earned every minute of time that she spent behind bars. She fated her life and she was sentenced to life in jail. Why should she be let out early just because she has cancer? Hel she has been jail bound now for so many years that jail is her home. She should be more comfy in jail than anywhere else.
