Face with a situation that a person is in front of something where he/she could've done something to avoid/deter evil or even do something good for others when they need it. It could also be neglect of some moral/ethical rule most evidently when no one's looking. I find it mostly true. It is understandable that a lot of people want to do good things for other's sake. But is just incapable to do so some times. That's we we try and help by doing something good in our own little way if we can. Let's say an elderly fell down and/or got hit by a car (just like the one that was previously shown on TV) where no one helped until minutes later. Or even the latest incident where a woman at a hospital in New York died due to neglect of the people in the hospital. They were capable of helping and yet they just looked and passed by as if nothing was wrong. They may be good natured people. But not doing anything, is it evil enough? What's your opinion on this? I believe so though. Take care guys!
