White cards are back again for those going to Malaysia

After Malaysian immigration department ceased the usage of the immigration forms better known the white cards, it is recently announced that foreigners will be required to produced white cards if they are travelling to Malaysia. Malaysia seems to be fond of implementing policies and making U-turns subsequently. Can't the authorities plan things better instead of making a fool of themselves with the inconsistencies?

Yeah... that is too bad that they are doing away with the previous decision to remove the white card. It sure made going into Malaysia so much more hassle free without the white card. It is a good thing I did not throw away the stash of white cards when they say it is not needed any more.

Really? The cards are different? I recently went back to Malaysia for a visit and filled up a white card. The card still looks the same to me. The information required to be filled is still the same. I did not notice any difference between the ones they have before they implemented the no card rule and the ones that are being used today. Did you see the difference? What is the difference?
