Teddy Bear vs Flowers

Hey sis! My fiancee always teases me that I look like a teddy bear and I'm am her teddy. I'd definitely go for the Teddy Bear and give it to her. Until the time comes when we spend everyday together, at least she'll have something to hug for the meantime. I can give flowers but I guess it's only for specific occasions such as a date or something. But for something to last longer, a Teddy bear would do great.

If given only 2 choices, Teddy Bear. I love plush toys. =D I have over 80 in my house (mainly Winnie the Pooh). I also have plushies of my favorite anime characters. I do not like carrying flowers around, on the other hand, I don't mind carrying a Teddy bear around.

i like to have teddy bears..'coz i am a person who wants someone to hug..(naks) when i am sleeping i always hug my pillow so if you will give me a gift it could be a pillow or a bear that i can hug..hehehe

I would prefer to receive flowers. That is if I can dictate to him what to give me. Haha. A teddy bear is fine. It can be a surrogate boyfriend just so I can imagine hugging him also. I have never been given a teddy bear before by a special someone.

hi, i'd rather give a teddy bear to my gf, i think that it's more long lasting than a flower and it has so many uses too, it's not that I dislike giving flowers, but if it's between bears and flowers, I'd pick a bear. But I think that it also depends on the situation and the event, but if it's just a ordinary day gift, it's a bear for me.

Before we got married, my husband gave me a really huge brown teddy bear as a birthday gift. Then he gave me another smaller teddy bear for our anniversary. Aside from teddy bears, he used to give me a dozen of white roses, too. But now that we're almost on our 7th wedding anniversary, I prefer flowers. It's a whole lot romantic to me. I know that these flowers won't last for long, but they will surely wilt and fall off their stems. But the memories that I will have will not. Everytime my husband gives me a dozen of my favorite white roses, that special moment is always treasured. Never forgotten.

I'm a floral photographer, so I especially love to get flowers as gifts! Whenever my boyfriend gives me flowers, I grab my camera and start shooting away! And THAT'S what I enjoy about flowers. I have a TON of stuffed animals and teddy bears. I really don't need any more. But you can never have enough flowers! Because they last for a few weeks then they die.

A teddy bear will last forever and flowers will only last a few weeks. If you have a yard to plant flowers then the best kind to get are the ones you can plant and enjoy for a lifetime. Otherwise I think the teddy bears are nice. I want something I can treasure forever.

To be honest, I don't really like both of those gifts. The teddy bear is childish, and almost insulting that he would think a child's gift would amuse me, I don't know, it just reminds me of immaturity, which I am way past. I don't like roses, or any flowers because they eventually die, and I kind of feel bad for those roses! haha. Now if he gave me a potted rose plant I would like it :p. Well I don't hate cut roses, I would be happy with them, but would prefer them still attached to it's roots :P

I would like chocolates instead lol . so i can just munch on them all and get fat :)
