How do you feel about having guns in your house ? / myLot

My hubby hunts and his guns are locked up but I am not crazy about them being in the house when we start having children so they have to go. What do you think ?

My parents had a farm and to scare away the birds, pigs and other animals entering the farm and destroying the fruit crops, my parents had a barrel rifle for 40 years. Whenever I see this weapon, I used to get upset, because I do not like voilence of any kind, be it men or animals. Thank god, they sold the farm and no more visibility of weapons.

I'm not afraid of them for myself just the safety of children. I am gald you don't have to deal with them anymore if you don't like them. Thank you for responding :)
