i have not tried going on a diet yet. the reason is simply because i know i can never keep to it! it's so hard to go on a diet when there are good food all around. i'm a food lover so not being able to eat what i want is a real torture. i also don't under what is with chocolate. personally i don't eat milk or dark chocolates at all. i find them too bitter for my liking. the only chocolate i'll eat is white chocolate. i love the sweetness and creaminess of white chocolates. cheers ;p

i do walk as much as i can. i can't do much exercise as i'm suffering from tendonitis now. hopefully i'll recover soon enough to start running. i'm keeping my BMI under the normal range so i think that's good. i eat all my favourite food in moderation. i believe that is the key to a good diet. not so much abstaining for this or that, but everything in moderation. cheers ;p

Good to know that you are enjoying life and not restricting yourself to eating only few things. But at the same time i hope you are exercising to burn out all the extra calories. Thanks for your response.

I don't eat a lot of chocolate. Every once in awhile I will have some. Like yesterday I had a hershey bar. I do like mocha flavored coffees every once in awhile. i just don't over do it with chocolate. However I like other sweets. I like fruit dishes a lot and I love pasteries.

Why to cut back. The more chocolates you eat, the more you can exercise. Thanks for the response.

I have never really been a chocoholic even though I will eat chocolate from time to time, but it is not my favorite when it comes to desserts, because of two reasons, one my teeth are sensitive and chocolate hurts my teeth, and two because I am allergic to chocolate,so I try to avoid it as much as I possibly can,and instead I try to eat other things such as things that are sweet like sweet tarts or cakes and cookies that do not have chocolate in them.

Yeah I bet a lot of people wish they could avoid chocolates and the best thing I can tell you is pretend you are allergic to it,and that should make you not want it as much,I hope that you can control your chocolate intake since it is not good for our bodies, have a great day, good luck in your life, and Happy Posting.

i fill my sweet tooth without going over board with chocolate by cutting an average sized chocolate bar into 3 and popping them in individual baggies and in the freezer. so usually one little piece is enough to keep me happy.

I am a chocoholic. I love chocolate. I have them at least once every 2 weeks or at most twice a week. I hardly make resolutions not to eat chocolates. I realize the more I force myself not to eat, the more I will want to eat. Now, I do not bother and I only eat chocolates when I have cravings.

I wouldn't say that I'm a chocoholic but there will be times when I crave for a Snickers bar. You made me crave for one right now! I also like M&M's with nuts. I'm trying to cut down on chocolates because of its high sugar content, not doing much good for my body, gaining weight after birth and also because of age. So must cut down on chocolates. I like fun size chocolates, doesn't make me feel so guilty.

I just eat chocolate when i want to :) it doesnt affect my weight or anything. I guess that could be because i eat funsize/treatsize bars :)
