Are any of you tired alot? I feel like I am tired so much of the day. I wonder if something is wrong with me. I feel very sore and achy in my joints too. I am only 47 but at times I feel more like 67. Could stress make me feel this way? I have alot of stress due to financial reasons and my children having chronic diseases (Ulcerative Colitis & Celiac Disease) that need to be managed. I am soo tired. Thanks. Virgie

Yeah i am. But that is only because i am at the computer in midnight too and then i sleep sometimes so little that i need to take a nap or two in middle of the day. I know its not healthy to sleep only few hours aday but to be honest i like being on the computer at the midnight and i am not going to give up from that habit . I will start to cut down the times i am at the computer though because the hours are just way too long i am infront of computer.

Yea this sounds like me at times. I know I have bad sleep habits too. But I prefer staying up until 1 then trying to go to bed at 10. Too bad I still have to get up early though (5-6 AM). Daughter sometimes has band practice at 6:00 AM. Ick. I hate that.

hi vergie, most of us feel this way especially during extra-busy periods But,often the true culprits are our everyday habits, what we eat,how we sleep and most important thing is how we cope emotionally.Eating habits play a powerful role in how well we function on every day life, always have your breakfast, when i take my breakfast I feel better both mentally and physically than others who skip the breakfast.Researches say that spooning up a bowl of breakfast cereal every morning is associated with lower levels of the STRESS hormone cortisol. Secondly I have another tip for you and I am also doing this and having an effect,Having three small meals and two snacks throughout the day can keep our blood sugar and energy levels stable all day long and by the way drink a lot of water.Consuming moderate amount of caffeine 200 to 300 mg(two cups of coffee)can make you more energetic.you should consult a physician about your joint pain. You need to stay healthy and stress free and look after yourself in order to treat your children s diseases. You are their guardian and I think first you should take care of yourself vergie..Keep healthy.Good luck and cheers...
