Are you sure you did exactly the same thing? There are so many variations here it is hard to do the same thing and you do control your earnings. I always think positive and think I get one penny for each post and then if I get more I am happy the next day.

I experience the same thing from time to time.. because sometimes I will make more than I usually make for a certain amount of posts and sometimes less. Like yesterday for example, I responded to 50 discussions, more than I ever did, and I made 1.50, and I am way happy about that, but I was expecting more since I once made 1.65 for 47 posts and 1.56 for 37! It just varies by day, and I just think that maybe sometimes we might write a little less than we think, especially since the format came, and what used to be 4-5 lines is now like, 2 or something! LOL

Hi friend, Be cool.What is the wrong in being angry,see first enjoy by responding the discussion.I think from the discussion i came to know you have come here to earn money only,inspite of that just think for a while that you are gaining knowledge too.Firstly i also felt like that.I think you are very desparate of earning income from internet,but be cool if you are desparate also you can't earn a lot from the internet.Just enjoy in responding to mylotter discussion,one day or other you would surely reach your goal.But remember you can't earn money fastly through this site.Its takes time,but you would surely get it... Hi koharukusumi. Sorry to hear about your frustrations with myLot. Hmm, could your posts the second day have been shorter or contained fewer sentences? I have heard it does make a difference how many sentences long a post is and that we should make posts at least 4 sentences long. Maybe you did the same number of posts but spent less time on myLot doing them. Maybe that makes the difference. Those are just my guesses. Do not lose faith, koharukusumi. You will still be earning something from your myLot posts. I bet you will eventually figure out what you need to do to earn a certain amount. Good luck.

I think it depends on the popularity of the discussions, and that changes from day to day. The problem with controlling earnings is that the internet is a very volatile place, with countless changes every minute. MyLot is no exception. You can estimate your earnings once you get used to posting every day, and I think that's the best you can manage. What I've heard of some myLot users doing is setting up a spreadsheet on their computer, keeping track of how many posts they do a day, if they use smileys, if they got referrals, etc. Then they add in the earnings for that day. It helps them estimate a lot more accurately. I'm sorry myLot is driving you up the wall with its odd earnings setup.

Its good if you earn more, uis it. i think none is able to contriol his.hjer earning here. actually we do not know how mylot calculates the earnings here. as longa s you are enjoyb=ng, its good.

I have heard a lot of tricks to earning cash up here but the ones working for me so far are: 1. When you do post try to make your posts as detailed as possible, and your responses at least five lines long. 2. Tag your topics and responses. 3. Add more interests to your profile. 5. Add everyone as a friend (including me)

this site pisses me of to.i did a bunch of posts yesterday and today i have no earnings for it.it is going to take me a whole bunch of time to get to the payout point.i should just quit while i am ahead.this site sucks hard

Hehe:D I get your point: it's not that you would like to earn more but that you'd like to understand. It was the same for me but then I understood that I can't understand :D The program is considering the quality so I guess that each paidtopost average we can calculate is very personal because maybe one day you can write 20 posts that are classified as very useful and another day 20 that the system is considering not so good according with number of words, replied you had and things like that.

Don't be angry with them my dear! Sometimes, it's really kinda disappointing to see your earnings lower than you expect but mylot certainly knows what they are doing. So be patient and just enjoy and learn from those experiences. And one advice...Don't expect, just hope for the best! For one thing, it's good they are paying us when we did not even invest any single centavo here. So keep smiling and happy posting!

Don't care about earning too much,kusumi.You must don't know,my earning is even less than you yesterday,only 35 cents!But take it easy,after all,I think we can get much more than money from mylot,right?

maybe it's really not good when you don't know what's happening and why. in my case, I just think of the things I enjoy here in mylot. Discussing and learning, and of course, meeting lots of new friends ;)

yes even i also had come across your situation.. i do reply the same count of discussions daily but i find one day rise in earnings the other day its very low.. and i guess its quiet common in Mylot.. whom shall we go and ask.. we have to accept whatever they give us..!!!

Well I guess no one in here knows how Mylot really computes our earnings. I guess they do that to protect the system from being abused by others. Well there is only one hint they say that will make your earnings be affected. Its the quality and length of your post that will have a bearing on how much you post will be graded or paid. As for me, it really does not matter I am happy how things are going on in here.

koharukusumi, please do not get angry with mylot with regards to what happen..what happen to you is normal...it happens to lots of members as well..new and veterans members.. there are various of explanations why this things happens..First, sometimes we don't know that some of the discussions we respond to got deleted because we weren't notified about it and once a discussion got deleted, it lessen the proper cents you've earned for it.. Second, earnings are being updated at 12 midnight US time..so if we don't live in US our time are adjusted but our earnings are not gonna follow our time..what i mean is, what we just made on or before 12 midnight US time is what is being calculated and updated for the day cut off..beyond what we made after 12 midnight US will be carried over and be paid the next day cut off..so i believe that is what happened to your earnings... you can check on your earnings to be updated later on and see if it rises to what you have expected..because as per mine..sometimes i don't even go on mylotting in a day but i've done excess after 12 midnight i still get a payment for the day i was gone... things that are happening in here do have explanations and if you have some concerns you may ask the admin itself as well to fully answer your questions..

hi koharukusumi dont hate mylot read the darned rules. You may have done the same thing as regards to responses and discussions but if you are making a lot of tiny responses and very short discussions mylot pays accordingly. I never have made that little in one day. I make close to 2 dollars every day but I make my responses have at least five lines and be as intelligent as possible, and my discussions at least five or six lines and again be really intelligent. my lot says guality responses get paid for not quantity. lots of us are making at least one dollar and seventy cents a day but you have to put some effort into your responses and your discussions to do so.

I dont know if we will ever understand the mylot earnings system. It would be nice if we got so much per word or sentence or something. I think part of the problem might be the cut off time. I think discussion or response that less then 6 or 7 hours before the earnings update counts for the next day. I could be wrong but thats the way it seems. And try to enjoy your time here!
