Hi my friend, recently I went into the store and was looking at the different Tylenol products and I noticed the exact thing your are saying, all the ingredients were the same so this has me believing that if I was to buy "Tylenol Extra Strength" it does not matter if the box says it's for Migraines, Tension, Arthritis Pain, your only getting "Tylenol Extra Strength". Must be the same with the "Excedrin Strength".

Hi Jterrasi they all have the same ingredients but extra
strength has more medication in it, and works a lot better'too than the others for a bad headache. other than that I think they are all pretty much the same.

I can't remember for sure. It's been a long time since I bought any. The last time I bought Excedrin it was for a co-worker who has asthma. She was also studying to be a respiratory therapist and she told me a specific Excedrin she had to use because of her asthma. If I remember correctly (and I may not) the ingredients will be listed in different order. I think different formulas may have the same ingredients, but the amounts of each will be different.
