What is ur opinion about the Gifts somebody is giving you must be costly, or the cost entitrely rests with the giver.Or Giver should ask the recepient about their need.

Hello, elsha! The gift is not a claim.Suppose you invited me to attend your birthday party.it is my duty to bless you and give a gift for remembering me as a friend or a well wisher.i will give the gift according to your requirements and at the same time availability of funds with me.the gift represents my love and affection to you which counts much and not the value of the gift.so gifts are to be the choice of the giver.thanx.

Gifts which are meant for somebody is always selected by the giver itself. It depends on the time and the finance. But presenting a gift can always be made fruitful if the giver has an earlier consent with the receiver. But selection creates a good friendship

I would far sooner receive a gift that someone has taken the trouble to put some thought into, or something they have made for me. Even if it costs very little, a gift like that can be precious.

The cost totally depends on the giver. Its not all about the amount they spend on you at the end of the day, but the thought of it. (= I for one never ask for gifts for my birthday or christmas, a card or a text messsage will do me, I dont like to see people spend to much. I think if someone asked for an expensive gift from someone for there birthday is rude and self centered, and really shouldnt get that gift. ^^
