This morning on the radio news I heard that in the last 13 months there have been 8 arrests of police officers on DUIs (Driving Under the Influence)all in the same city near me. I have never heard of an officer being arrested for that before. Am I to assume that the "Code of Blue" doesnt apply anymore? I think its a good thing that they are not only cracking down on the normal driving population, but also the officers of the law. Whats your opinion?

I'm sorry but cops are NOT above the law but some seem to think that they are. I've seen plenty of cops get a way with serious things they wouldn't have if they were us. It is unfair and it breeds all kinds of corruption. I think that it's a good idea to start arresting cops that break laws.
