whom to choose?

are you gone through a problem,on who to chose between the people around you? i am wondering who to choose between my best friend and my new found special guy. a best friend gone for a few years and now he is back asking me to stay with him when he is amidst the biggest problem he is into.While,my special guy ask me to stay away from my best friend,it will make him get jealous. what should I do? My best friend has been good and helpful to me those times we were with each other. While this new found special guy ,I havent tesed him yet. can you advise me what to do?
