YONEX Brand sports shoes are low quality

I was a proud owner of a YONEX brand sports shoes until the front opened up after using it for 4 months. I called YONEX distributor in my country (Sunrise Sports Sdn Bhd) to ask for a replacement. Fortunately the distributor obliged. My happiness was shortlived. After 2 months, the front of the shoe gave way again like the first pair. Again, I called the distributor. This time I was not so lucky. They refused to replace the defective shoes. The manager of the shop said that if he were to replace the defective shoes, the same thing may happen again in 2 months and he has to keep replacing the defective shoes. I was dumbfounded and very upset. So I told myself that I will not use YONEX brand again. What would you do in this situation?

Looks like customers are not really their 1st priority. Really bad customer service! Have you contacted the principals? If Yonex Intl knows that their image is tarnished by having such a reseller, they might review his appointment. Or is it, even the prinicpals are lax in customer care nowadays?
