Aside from it being in 3G? What's the difference between the newly released 3G iPhone and the classic iPhone? I love Apple gadgets. I have the classic version of the iphone, but i'm thinking if i should buy the 3G version once its released in our country. Feel free to post your feedbacks. Thanks!

there's a lot of difference between the iphone (1st generation) and iPhone 3G. first is the looks. all those curvature design and back that makes it looks very thinner (even though it is not thinner than the 1st generation iPhone) the newly designed (not flushed anymore) 3.5mm jack is very important - very handy. the screen is a little better. somewhat warmer. the speaker dramatically has been improved - not that noticeable though. GPS (A-GPS) is also great addition. oh. i forgot. the color of course. the new shiny black and white. better battery and better reception (because the phone is made of plastic not aluminum anymore). that's all

I have the iphone 3G , upgraded from the 1st gen, and the difference besides the 3G (way faster connections) is that its a bit slimmer on the edges and the back is glossy/plastic white or black. Thats the only physical difference , but the iphone 3G is still better than the 1st one.
