Well there is many ways to express our feeling to our love ones, for example it it is love to your kids or family, a good way would be invite them to eat out, they will have a lot of fun and they will not know much they are love, if it is love to a girl, I think maybe sending flowers or a letter to her would be enough to show how much we love that person, even just caring about the loves ones wold be enough to show them how much we love the, for example hearing them when they have troubles or trying to help them with their problems when they can't handle it at their own, it is good to help people that you love but never carrying his load, because they will get use to it and then they will not love you if you can help them.

if your hesitant to tell them what you really feel because of too shyness, you can actually write a letter for them expressing your love and admiration for the person that you like. after all, lots of people wanted to receive love letters, and I find love letters sweet too.

well writing letter may be a good idea days back or years or centuries .. but now a days they need gifts , candies , flowers.. in short they want to know how much you can spend on them .. alternately get the advantage of technology .. write sms. e-mail, .... and by the way how can you be so sure that your letter will reach her.. may be it will either end up in worng hands or .. may be the time it reaches by post mail .. her children would be reading it...
