If your in a car driving, and a tornado starts to form. what do u do?

do u rush to nearest public shelter like a store, or like on a highway, stay under a by-pass, im clueless. or simply pull over. just curios for "one day need to know info"

If you ar neer an under pass.Iwould think you would go under it. Not sure. You are suppose to get out of your car and try to get under it. The tornado might pick your car up but you would be all right. If some one else knows I would like more info on this too.

There are no tornadoes in my country, so the question doesn't really apply to me. If I think about it, I;d probably head for the nearest shelter.

You might have to correct me if I'm wrong about this. But from watching the movie Twister. They were in a truck and they stopped on the side of the road and got out. Then they got in a ditch that was close to a short bridge. They were about to go under it. Now I got that from the movie. So you might have to check for sure to see if that is really what your surpose to do. I just remember that from the movie.
