I think it is right that the cause of many accidents are the drivers talking on mobile phone. In our city it is against traffic law and if caught punishable. But still people will not switch off their mobile phone while driving. Every one of us should be careful and should switch off our mobile phone while driving. In this way we can prevent many accidents and save many lives.

Yea this is true, i m observing while i drive car. When i m driving some drivers dont know where they are while talking over mobile phone. If you get phone calls while driving, it will divert your attention to some other matters. Its dangerous while driving.You should concentrate while driving.
