Hi Hugz,
It all comes down to the location and what brands are available at your place. I don know much about Nicaragua, so will od my best. If DELL laptops are available at your place, then just go for it.They are just great and have some great configurations. Also the after sales support of the company is very good. However you can also look at TOSHIBA as they provide good "Value for Money", but I'm not sure about the support. HP also have a few good ones. SO, you can choose from any of these 3 brands, or to narrow it down a bit more, either DELL or HP. If you want to know about the models too, then let me know about how much you are ready to spend.

Hi dextornap, At the price that you have quoted,yoy have 2 options as far as I can see. The first one is the DELL Inspiron 1720 and the second one is the DELL XPS M1530. The configuration of both these are as follows.
1.) DELL Inspiron 1720
Price:- INR 58000(Approx excluding Taxes)
