Hi everyone,
I have an interview today for a leasing agent position. I have no experience with being a leasing agent but thats for another post. I need help with my interview. Can you think of questions the hiring manager will ask me? I want everyone and anyone with leasing experience to chime in. Check out my other posts later, about experience questions. Thank you xoxo.

The question that I have always have trouble with is "What are your greatest strengths and weaknesses?"
Another question they may ask is "Why do you think you will make a good leasing agent?"
Other than that, just be yourself. Lean back in the chair; don't lean forward or cross your arms or legs. That would make you appear nervous. They want to see confidence and body language plays a big part in that. Even if you are sweating bullets, try to appear confident. That has always worked for me!
Good luck with your interview! Remember, if you are meant to get this job, you will. I'm sure you will do fine.

hi
Before going to the interview you should know the details of the new firm you are going for the interview. Collect as much information you can from the website, or from people who works there. You also should expect questions about your present job, the institution and the reason for which you are leaving the organisation. They may also ask you why you are interested in the new job or firm. etc.

I think its OK to take a mini legal pad, but it should be blank. You should not take down anything during the interview. You have to look straight into the face of the interviewers and give full attention to their questions.

Just try to be practical and remember you can do everything just so long as they show you.
Also you could show interest by asking the right questions, ask things that don't display ignorance.
A leasing agent is like a rep who's leasing whatever the company is leasing so you need to know the product and the terms and then hit the road and all the offices, smile at everybody and do it all day.
Once you impress them you can work and learn and do everything thats all they need. Remember, all the others don't have to make as good an impression as you.
