good heath is very important to us and is far important than wealth and wisdom.nowadays,so many people do excises and eat organic food to keep their health.but with the incraase of pressure from work and life, people are in a sub-health condition,so few people begins to concern about their mental health.they think mental health is more important than physical health and mental health is priceless.they pay more attention on their mood and try to keep their mood steady and keep their heart calm in diffrent ways.about it,what do u think ? which health do u concern more about, physical or mental?why?

Both physical and mental health is important! I did a study on nutrition and learning and it was really interesting to find out how much what goes into the body affects the ability to people to think, learn and understand. The biggest problem in the US is the phyaical part. Students are eating junk and they wonder why they are not only physically slow but mentailly slow too! We need to do more as parents to get our children out and moving because the schools just don't have time to. They are our children adn our responsibilty!

Actually, physical health has a great deal to do with mental health. The hormones in our bodies affect how our brain works and our moods. I have a health condition where my body's hormones are all screwed up. If I feel good, I am better mentally. If I feel bad or under stress, my mood is worse. A lot of how we think and act is based on our body's chemistry. I don't think people realize this.
