Hey there! Well, that's very much understandable. Especially when the work already takes its toll on the body. How do you feel exactly though? Is it like, you want to go home immediately and just wished it was already the end of the shift? Do you feel this during the beginning of your shift or afterwards? It's good to know that you like your job. That's a very good thing to maintain. What you could do is take a vacation. If you have leaves available, take them. I've you've worked for a year straight, you need a break.
Now, while in the office, try to vary your routine. Engage in events if there are any. But most of all, keep yourself motivated. Your colleagues and superiors can only motivate you at some degree but it will be you who will ultimately motivate yourself. Just think why you are working and who you are working for. That would be a good start.

I love my job. I get to help shape lives and help people build character, self-esteem, and knowledge every day. I do get tired sometimes (both physically and mentally) from the business of my job, but I never let it break me.
When I get really exhausted, I try to take a day just for me.

I work from home. And yes I like my job. It gives me the flexibility to spend quality time with my daughter. We have also saved money on daycare. You could go to bed a bit earlier and get more rest. Or have coffee for a pick me up. You have a job. That is at least something to be thankful for. So many now have lost theirs.

Yes, it seems to be that the poster is speaking about a mental fatigue. Well, if you really hate your job, get a new one. Don't moan or complain, find another one as quick as you can. Take care of your life.
If you can't find a new job and must deal with your current one, then you need to find some aspect of it in which you can take pride. Without more specifics, I can't really help. However, in my job, I tend to occasionally devote time to automating processes so that they go more smoothly and are less methodical and monotonous. For example, I can get the computer to type in the data into certain fields and hit "enter" for me instead of doing it myself.
But, then again, I'm weird that way.

What you can do is to have a break first. You can have a vacation in places you've never been...to reward yourself of working hard. You might be contented with your job right now but when it comes so demanding there are times that we really get tired of it...so take a break for a while.

I do like my job right now, very much. But it's the same type of job that I've done for the last three years, and it's not what I want to do with the rest of my life. I'm having a hard time getting out of it though, because that is what my full-time work experience is made up of. I have experience in retail from high school/college. I have a college degree, but I also don't want to anything in my field. I've been looking at jobs online, trying to take career tests, but I'm almost 25 and I simply still have no idea what I want to do!
