I take special care towards choosing my friends. Initially I dont try to get closer with anyone new to me without knowing their behaviors and characteristics. If they value my friendship, be honest, caring, supportive, dont talk behind the back, say things openly to me, point out my mistakes - all these are which I expect from my friends. I also return them these inturn.

^ I agree thats true. Sometimes you have to nowadays. Some people just give so much in a friendship and the other takes them for granted and the other one loses everything. Im talking bout time, feelings, secrets, money , ect. Blah blah blah. Lol.

I've never chosen a friend. They always choose me for some reason. I've never really found myself in the least bit interesting, but others see something in me. And I don't know what it is. I'm open to all types of friendships as long as I don't get hurt in the process.

you'll never know the real attitude of a person unless you've been with them in a long time.. in my experience, i allow those people who befriend me, it doesn't matter if they're true to what they do, as long as i keep my fence while in the process of knowing each other, it will not hurt me that much and if i lose anything, it would not cost me that much, i just want to give it a chance. and as a result, they, whose just bluffing walk away, and the real friend stays..
