guitar hero or halo: the question of them all

ok i want to know which is better guitar hero games or halo games mine are guitar hero games but i do like halo games

I don't play the halo games. So I like the guitar hero games and rock band. Now that is the question for my son. He loves to play all of them. He's a big game fanatic.

if i had to chose i'd probly choose halo because it's my type of game, but it dosent realy matter what i say or what any one els says it's what you prefer an action based game or an music based game. the thing that puts me of halo a little is the story line it's kinda hard to understand. but over all guitar hero is probly a better game because of the wide range of songs and its a good party game!

There are people at my job who are in their 20s and they stay up all night playing guitar hero and cannot stay awake on the job the next day...

Can I say rockband? Rockband definetly beats both but halo comes in second. Im a fan of fps games but rockbad is so great

Well... You really can't compare the two to be honest.... If you like a game that involves beats and matching music notes then Guitar Hero but if you're into FPS's then obviously its Halo..

Why does everyone like these games so much? I cant bring myself to play any of these games, theyre so boring and I swear, meant for children. Im 17 and I cant even play these games. I would rather be doing something better with my time, no offense.

To me this is comparing apples and oranges. These games are not alike at all. Most of the time I like playing guitar hero, but sometimes I just feel like shooting something, in which case Halo is better. I think that within their genres both of these games are excellent.

Guitar Hero is definitely better. I own Guitar Hero I, Guitar Hero II, Guitar Hero III, and Guitar Hero Rock the 80s. I never could get into the Halo games. They just didn't hold my attention like Guitar Hero does. I guess to each their own. :)
