I work and paid by salary basis every 15th and 30th of the month. I like this type of pay because I can still stretch out my budget till the next pay day. But in our economic situation today, we need to be wise in spending our hard earned income and it is also good to have extra income to add to what we are receiving every pay day.

I work very part time (0-12 hours per week) teaching business seminars, and I work another 10-20 hours on building a MonaVie business. The teaching is hourly and the MonaVie is more of a commission thing. I worked for a long time in salaried positions, where you work a minimum of 40 hours per week and usually a good bit more. I am very thankful that my life is the way it is now!

Hi there baileycows!
I do work on salary. We are paid by the number of hours we teach. That means that our salary depends on how many hours per semester we teach. For example, if this semester, I get to teach 8 subjects that would normally be equivalent to 24 hours a week.

I work for 5 days a week, usually. But,I have to work overtime some weekend day.
Now,I havn't married ,so I don't hate to work at company and I could get some fee ,which is double .Or,I will have no superfluous money to deposit.
