What is the best tasting wine out there? That doesn't costs alot.

I have been wanting a glass of wine but don't know what kind to get. Everytime I buy a bottle of wine before it never taste good and I would throw it away. I like something sweet. Have any ideas?? I don't want to spend $100 on 1 bottle of wine so please think of something good but not really expensive. Please share!! :)
