I went to double check the day I started my discussion about not drinking cokes and caffeine anymore because they cause cellulite to see the day I startedit. It was deleted. I did a search to make sure noone had started this discussion and all. I did add a link to a website that had an article about it, but didn't post the article in my message. I wonder if it is because I call Soda..coke. Geesh never thought I would be in the "deleted discussions club"... Well why not start it again...I believe today starts 1 week of being caffeine free..anyone else caffeine free?

I don't take in a lot of caffeine anymore, but there was a time when I was chain drinking sodas. I found out that soda doesn't really quench your thirst as good as water. Now that I enjoy water I find that everything else is very dry. I know that seems silly to say, but it's the truth. If I'm really thirsty give me a nice glass of ice water. The colder the better. Recently we found out that caffeine was the source of some of my fiance's headaches so we're really trying to tone it down.

I get them when I don't drink caffeine, but knock on wood I didn't today. Hoping that means my body is getting used to me not drinking it. That is the first I have heard of drinking them causing headaches. Hope her headaches go away.
