I like to make things I would use...I'm not big into hats. But thank you so much for your advice!! I also sent you that website to learn how to knit or crochet cables...I hope that helped you!!

Not sure what you should go with girl. 
I dont know what all you know how to do. Did you want to do another blanket..
do you know how to make pillows? maybe make a pillow or something for your beautiful son.

I'm still thinking about a pattern to do...can't make up my mind. I really haven't had the time to really go through my books...been busy with my baby. Was hoping someone had an easy pattern for me to read and try on here.

Whenever I am looking for something to get me kick started, I start with a simple pattern with ripples. I love ripples and they are so easy to count and keep track of. Also going for an online search for easy crochet patterns helps too. Good luck in your pattern quest.
