I'm so happy today. I weighed in and was stunned at my progress..

I'm feel soooo good today... I seem to always have a weight problem since my weight keeps on fluctuating for 10 years. Last March, my aunt/uncle/cousin came in from the states and we literally enjoyed. I shot up to 249.7 lbs. I was really big. I can feel the heaviness in every part of my body. I already had 2 mild strokes. I ain't getting any younger. I'm already 28 and my metabolism wasn't as high. It's time. I worked out hard and sacrificed a lot of time and even shot a knee. I started mid/late April. Guess what? I weight in today after 2 1/2 months of working out, I'm already at 199 lbs. That's 50 lbs less and my muscles have grown and if I subtract it from my weight, I could very well be in the 160's or 170's. I've lost 12 inches off my waist and I can't wear my pants without a belt. They're falling down. Wow. I just want to share my continued success in fighting for my health. I feel I'm 20 again. So for those who are trying to lose weight. It isn't impossible even how it seems to be. Just put your heart into it. Think of yourself and your family/friends. Motivate yourself. You can do it. Take care all.

Thanks! You're doing great as well. That's ideal for your height. I still have 30-45 lbs left. At least it's more than half way. Oh yeah, that's real nice. I think I will definitely have a hard time cooking if I start. I'll struggle for a while. Go hotdog cheese pao! Hope I got it right. ahahaha. see 'ya!

Wow! That's mouth watering. it's boneless right? I cooked a meat with vegetable oils, wrapped in thin layers of smooth meat. Oh well, it's a hotdog. Oh and happy 22nd month anniversary to you and pinks.

That is super. I'd love to lose some major weight. I just have a hard time getting started. I feel really like food is my major fun in life and to deprive myself would not be agood thing. I am trying to make small changes in my life I lost 14 pounds from the heaviest I was so I think I am going in the right direction, I just need to continue with the changes and not give up on them.

That's a real good start. At 14 pounds, you will definitely see physical changes. Your frame is already smaller and you feel lighter when you walk. I give up to food most of the time. You're right, it's really fun to eat especially when you're eating your favorite foods. But it all comes down to motivation and consistency. That is more difficult than having to go through the routines themselves. Focus on the goal and don't forget to look back why you started it. Take care my friend.

Hi there laurali! Thank you. Yes, somehow I really wanted to be a model for weight loss to help motivate people. It is definitely possible. I know you can do it. Find a real good reason why you need to be and focus on that goal. Do it for yourself or for someone.

Go for it! It's real good to have a specific goal and an achievable one at that. Two months is more than enough to lose 11 lbs. Take good care of yourself alright?

Hi sis! Thanks!!! Nice job as well in losing those extra lbs. Yeah, it's all hard work and dedication. I can still remember one of my office mates. She was 85 lbs. She was small though and petite. We were laughing as I said I almost weight thrice as she does. Now it's only double. Take care sis! you have 3-4 lbs to go! 2 weeks would be more than enough. Go go go!

Yes you can! It's not impossible. Continue to lift some weights. Then do aerobics/endurance exercises. Really aim and go at it! Walking would do just fine. We walked for 2 1/2 hours at Trinoma Mall a while ago.

Hey there! No problem at all. You can definitely do it. The first step is probably one of the toughest. You need to have a specific reason. Before I just want to look good, but now I need to because I need to be healthier to live longer for my family. Something like that. Then, motivation. Set your goals and focus on it. You will be tested on your motivation but stay strong. Always go back to the reason and it will give you your much needed energy. It will tough physically at the beginning but after 2 weeks or so, you'll get used to the workouts. And, don't forget to lift weights. Helps a lot in developing your metabolism. Wishing you all the best my friend and thanks.

Thanks a lot Ellie! It was real hard and took quite a while but I made it somehow. I'm set for another goal which is to lost 25 more lbs. to at least get as close to my ideal weight. There are some who got confused. My avatar was when I was thin after losing 90 lbs. and got sick. I'll upload one in a bit.

Thanks kaezy! Yeah, I won't stop now. I still have 25-30 lbs more to go. I'll take it a little bit slower this time so it will be easier to maintain. So far so great. When I was big I can't even sit well... just take a look at how big I was. Can't run, can't sleep well, can't stop eating.. Awww.. and that's sweet. Thank you. Yeah, I'm doing this not only for me but for my loved ones and friends. I don't want everyone, including you guys, to lose me soon. Take care sis.
