should student earn money when they are in school

Well I'm a student ... 14 years old, and I earn money on internet, and I see nothing wrong in this:P.

If your in school than your studies should be your main focus but if you can handle the responsibility of a job than by all means do it. If your in college and you desperately need a job to pay for school and a room then its a nescessity. It's nice having extra cash to go out to dinner and go to movies. Also, sometimes emergencies come up and its always good to have a little extra money around.

In the Philippines, there are limited jobs for students unlike in the US or other countries. i hail all those students who work to earn extra income even if they are still students. In my time, most students stayed students and the parents were the one who looked for the money.Now that I am a parent, I don't think I'll want my daughter to work while she is a student.

Hi rongchangzhu, well it depends. If you really need to work for your education why not. Life is so hard right now. Even going to school and pay tuition fees is hard to make up. If you really want to graduate from a good school and support your self while working, it's great achievement. If your not working, save for you allowance for you to spend on your needs, like projects or school fees. Keep up the good work and keep on posting!

I don't recommend earning extra money to school children. it may deviate them from studies when they earn money by themselves. its not bad to help the parents in business but not to work of their own. Getting money to not matured children will destroy their future as it may damage their studies. Earning money by college students is not a problem as they have know how to differentiate between the bad in the good.
