Hi
Are you taking any other liquid like coffee, tea or juices. I drink more than ten glasses of water every day. Water is a very essential factor and it is needed to detoxify our body. If you don't like the taste of water you can add some herbs or spices to it and boil. This make the water more healthy drink.

hi,my friend. i have the same problem as you do. i know that water is an essential element if i am to be more healthy but i keep drinking less water than my body needs. i sit in front of my laptop for a long time and i tend to forget to fetch a glass of water. I go and drink water when i feel thirsty which is not good because doctors say it's too late. Anyway, better late than never. I now force myself to drink more. i set an alarm clock every half hour and i go and drink a cup of water when it rings. I wonder if you might like my idea.

Hello,Mizuki! Water is one of the essential ingredients of our body.It helps regulate and maintain body temperature.water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.it moistens and lubricates our mouth,eyes,nose,skin,joints and digestive tract.in the process we lose water in the body every day.so if our body does not get enough water you risk dehydration,elevated body temperature,fatigue,decreased mental and physical performance and other heat-related illness.so the physicians advices to drink at least three liters of water every day.thanx.

I read so many articles about water..we really needs to drink about8 glasses a day to plus all the toxin in our body.It's a cure for so my kinds of sickness.SO let's drink more water everyday.
