Does anybody know how an American can get an online savings account based on euros or sterlings?

I am not too sure how can an American have saving account with euros or Sterlings.You can contact your bank for a complete details or check the help section of the bank's official site online.Bank of America offers online live assistence if your account is there or they can provide you with more information.
