Posting images: Do you care about copyright?

I've seen a lot of posts in myLot with images... Now I wonder.. Do you own the photos or have just ripped it off from some site in the internet?
In my case, I take images from flickr licensed with creative commons for commercial use. Creative commons is a license for sharing.
