I was missing 5buxs.cn ! is that another scam?

Last 2 days I am getting trouble to login 5buxs account, yester there is message from their host provider to contact them directly to sending email, but today that 5buxs site totally changed from ptc site to games site, it means they shifted from ptc site to Games sites? they scammed with many members amount? I am really upset these ptc scames, who will take the action against these site activities? I am asking straight words to experienced people, is that ant way to complaint about these sites, and take some action legally with them so that another site may prevent them self from punishment, please give your best support words, I want to do against these sites!!!
