How often do you swear?

I 'unfortunaly' swear a lot. I don't know how it started but it's become a habit, a bad one. My mom gets very angry at me and so does my husband. We've tried so many things to stop it but then it just comes back after a couple of weeks.. How oftenn do you swear? Did you ever tryy to stop and how did you achieve to stop if you were successful?
