do you drink coke everyday?

I hardly ever drink coke, and we go to a coffee shop almost every day. I will drink coke on special occasions, and usually mixed with whiskey or rum, but that is all. Sometimes when we are out we will have to get a meal that includes coke, but it that case, I will substitute Seven-Up. If we buy a whole lot of cans, it takes quite a while to finish them, because I really do not care for it and would rather have juice, coffee, or tea instead. And it is bad for your teeth.

Well I like coke although I know it has adverse effect on health but I cannot resist myself. My husband did not like it and even I don't give it my son..

No, I don't drink them everyday about twice a week. My kids drink diet coke. But I try to get them to drink sugar free koolaid or water.

I agree with you, since kids do as parents we don't buy coke in the first place . If we order pizza for home delivery a coke is accompanied with it, as my husband feels pizza gets digested soon with a coke!!! I say to them it will burn dads stomach now . they don't want to try it later.

It's good you don't let her drink it at such a young age. I know of a friend of mine whose kid drank it at 2 years old. Lol. I don't think it's good to let kids get used to drinking it. It's just like candies. It can give them cavities.

Hi, I don't drink coke everyday, we don't usually buy it! Sometimes we have it in our fridge when it's on special offer in the supermarket, and I do enjoy the taste of it, so I like having it as a treat. But I don't like the effect it has on my teeth, it contains too much sugar so it can't be good for them. Therefore I try to drink it only occasionally as a treat.

No I dont drink coke everyday because here in India reserchers found that the amount of pestisides level found in coldrink is not so good for health and coke is also one of them. Coke also increases decay level of our teeth that is also not so good and for them who want to loose extra pound they should not take Coke.

I haven't drank a coke in a few years... there is so much sugar and carbination and caffine in it that it is something I would rather not put into my body. I have a sister-in-law who gives her 3-year old coke in his bottle... I can't even believe that they would do that! Thanks Zelo

HI bombshell, I used to drink like 3 times a week before..No matter how I tried to stopped it but I can't..LOL! This time I am very proud of myself, not drinking any soda for 6 months..I want really to maintain this..LOL! I know a lot of parents who just allow their kids to drink coke everyday and even eat junk foods everyday! Very sad!

i only drink coke once in a while, and sometimes drink it if i eat out. i dont think it's good to drink coke everyday since it's a carbonated drink? besides, heard that it has an awful lot of sugar content in it.

Hie Bombshell, I guess it's part of the upbringing and availability in their home. I used to have it often when I was a teenager. And now hardly ever, moreover it kind of taste different not like it used to before back then. It's good that your daughter has not been introduced to it Cheers,

I drink coke weekly. Even right now at this very moment i am typing this.

Here at my home, we are very aware of how bad Coke can be to health. Because of that, we only drink Coke in the weekend. During the week, yeah, Coke is not allowed here at my home. I totally agree with what's applied here in my home, and I'll propably apply it in my house when I have my own. =)
