Ugh...My Post Count Went Down!!

Today after i woke up i went to my daily site: mylot. When i check my account today i noticed that my post counts went down by three posts (i have 30 before now i only have 27).
Althought i did gain some extra cash =D.
Well anyway i realized that some post from my discussion has also being deleted.
*I wonder if the number of posts in my discussion affects my post count?
*And also, have any one of you mylotters' post count also went (down)?

I think I had my went down quite some time back. I think thats because some of the posts that you have made or you have responded was deleted. And the responses may go deleted if the initial discussion had been deleted.
This is just my thoughts. I am not very sure myself.

Yea i know.
I just went to maximo's profile and i found out that he is not able to post right now. His post counts dropped about 150-200 posts.=[ Well he is a very good and active member here on mylot and i sure hope his back soon! If you have time, please go chck his profile.

It happens to some of us more often than we like. It is because you (if it is your discussion) or one of the responders violated Mylot's TOS in some way. I have learned to stay away from controversial topics as much as possible so that doesn't happen. Sometimes you just can't help responding to a discussion you know will end up getting deleted, but you had your say and you know what will happen later, so it is worth it. Just try to avoid those topics whenever possible and you will be fine.
I'm sorry that happened to you, don't worry you'll catch on to the little oddities of this forum in no time.
