The day they call my son a "bully"..........

What would you do if the prefect of discipline from your son's school calls your attention regarding your 7 YR OLD son being a bully?..I'm not sure if I am just going thru some denial stage here..but why would a child become a bully when his dad and I are both dedicated to our kids..we don't spoil them..we raised them by giving them the right guidance..We were always there for them..I gave up my job so that I can take care of them full time....I know my son..He has a tendency to become rebellious that I noticed 4 or 5 yrs ago..being that in mind..I tried to be careful with my promises to him..and assured him that we would always love him no matter what..but it seems they were all in vain..he would still seek for too much attention in school..At home, he's fine..but when he goes to school,he seem to become a different boy..Is there anyone who can tell me what's going on with my son and how I can raise him better?

If your son has been declared a bully than pay attention and contact the school counselor for assistance. Maybe he needs some counseling!

Thanks Naty..Unfortunately they have already given us a warning to expel him from school if he will not change..I already met with the guidance counselor but I am not just too comfortable with her. Probably because I saw her once calling my son impolitely while my little boy was just passing by her (she didn't know I was there)..I am afraid they have already labeled my boy... Like I said ..he seem to become a different boy at school..
