Earning by uploading pictures

I have heard that you also can earn a great deal of money here on mylot by uploading pictures to discusions, but how can you do it? can you only upload them till your own discusions, or can you also upload them to others as well? how much is it you earn? and how do you earn from the pictures, is it when people click on them? what kind of formats, can the picture be in?

I think you can only be allow to do this after reaching a particular posting.

Perhaps, you are right ;P can you upload pictures, to others discusion yourself?
