Not without surgery. If you got a lap band or something like that you may be able to lose about 40, or lipo, but you wouldn't be able to lose that much weight doing that either. You could realisticaly lose 20 to 25 pounds, but I would not count on much more than that without medical intervention.

If you want permanent weight loss, you want to lose FAT and only fat. A safe amount of fat to lose is about 1-2 lbs a week. When you 'crash diet' you lose water, maybe some fat, but most importantly, you lose muscle. The problem with losing muscle is that muscle is what burns calories. The more muscle you have, the more calories you will burn everyday, even while you sleep. So, how do you lose fat and keep it off? First, you have to change your relationship with food. You have to EAT 4-6 times a day. You need to exercise to burn calories, increase your lean muscle mass, and for good health. And you might want to start visualizing, or "seeing" yourself the way you want to be, rather than thinking about fat. What your mind sees is what you are subconsciously motivating yourself to become. So, if you start "thinking thin," start eating more small meals per day, and start exercising, you will be on your way to a lifetime of health and fitness...and having the body you want Remember: DIETS DON'T WORK. If they did, you would never have to diet again. You can eat anything you want, just not everything you want all the time... Learn to eat smaller portions more often. Food isn't "bad" it is your relationship with food that needs to change if you want to lose weight for good:)

That's impossible to do it and be healthy still. I don't think starving yourself would even help, that is definitely not recommended. I am sure he loves you anyway with that 120 pounds, just gradually try to lose weight, and over time you will be looking how you want to look.

Hi! congratualtions on getting married!I;m afraid there is no way you could lose 120lbs in 2 months, perhaps 12 pounds though! Losing weight quickly is never a good plan, it's better to lose it slowly, even though this is not as appealing, and that way you are more likely to keep it off and it's a lot healthier. Fad diets and quick fixes are usually bad for you and as soon as you started eating normally again you are likely to put all of the weight back on! So, my advice, even though i know it probably isn't the answer you wanted, is to eat healthily and exercise, but most of all remember that bodies are beautiful whatever size they are, your fiance must love you just the way you are so concentrate on enjoying you big day!! xvx
