hi all,
i just love carrot cake and i buy it from the shop made already, but i would love to make my own can anyone out there give me a yummmyyyyy carrot cake recipe..
i like it with the wallnuts in it lol thats whats in the one from the shop...

carrot cake is so healthy...i just love it...one of my fave! doesn't taste odd the fact that its made out of carrots.
in fact i love carrot juice too!! err...does that make me a rabbit then? hahahahah
