it is one of my all time favorite books and i love it. it is a book that a lot of people can relate to. it is actually strange and nice to know that somtimes u experience exactly what others do. so it means you are never alone. i think i can really relate to holden. the poor boy

The Catcher In the Rye is a classic. It is required reading or it was when I was in school. Of course that has been many years ago now. LOL You are correct, I think many people can relate to the main character.
